Former Greenfield OB-GYN Richard McGinn is accused of owing $7 million in back taxes. The well-known local doctor pleaded innocent Wednesday in federal court to a 10 count indictment alleging 15 years of tax evasion. McGinnn was given a public defender after telling a judge his current income amounts to $2,000 a month in Social Security.
