Northwestern DA David Sullivan is telling area colleges that reports of sexual assaults on campus should be passed on to his office.  The statement comes on the heels of the third rape story this month at Amherst College.  Freshman Thomas "Trey" Malone filed a sexual assault claim with the college nine months before committing suicide in Florida this June.  But the college never passed that report on to law enforcement officials.
