Holyoke Mayor Alex Morse says 21 people have expressed interest in being on his casino advisory panel.  Morse had planned on announcing his appointments Monday, but now says that won't happen until later in the week.  In related news, the Holyoke City Council is on track with forming its own casino watchdog committee.  A subcommittee approved the idea Monday night; now the matter goes to the full council for a vote.  Ward 6 Councilor Tod McGee says having a council committee will go a long way toward ensuring public access to information as Morse entertains offers from prospective casino developers.
