Add another casino proposal to the mix here in Western Mass. 22News reports that a major announcement from The Big E will happen by the end of this week, and that it will be that they're partnering with Hard Rock International for a casino. Sources reportedly say Hard Rock will start to move equipment onto the Big E grounds Wednesday to prepare for their announcement, although there's no official comment from either fair or casino officials. The state's casino application deadline is next Tuesday.
