Motions to suppress evidence in the Ryan Welch murder trial have been denied.  Welch is accused of killing his girlfriend Jessica Pripstein in her Easthampton apartment last February.  Welch's lawyer says statements his client made while hospitalized after the incident were gathered improperly.  The judge disagreed on most counts, but did allow the suppression of a single interview with State Police detective John Riley.
