About 40 American flags and some veterans' grave markers in a Southampton cemetery are damaged, and police know who the culprits are. A small herd of cows wandered into the Center Cemetery Monday morning and munched on some flower arrangements. Motorists called police to report the loose cows on Route 10. Their owner, Henry Wykowski was called to come remove his cows. The farmer may be asked to pay for the cemetery damage.
