Easthampton and Holyoke are teaming up to product a contemporary arts festival in April.  The REACH festival will be held at venues such as the Eastworks building in Easthampton, and Square One in Holyoke.  The two cities separated by Mount Tom are both old mill towns with growing arts scenes.  Organizers say they thought about including Northampton, but decided that would be too complicated.
