A long-simmering lawsuit against a proposed supermarket in Easthampton is finally headed to trial.  The owners of Cernak Buick claim there was improper communication between Stop & Shop and the Planning Board before the project was approved.  Stop & Shop wants to build on Route 10 at the site of the Tasty Top restaurant, right across the street from the Buick dealership.  The trial will begin march 7th.
