A bill before Beacon Hill lawmakers would raise the state's minimum wage to eleven dollars an hour over the course of three years.  The current minimum in Massachusetts is $8.00 an hour.  It's been five years since the minimum wage was last adjusted.  Senator Marc Pacheco says it's the right thing to do, while some business leaders warn it could cost jobs.
