Holyoke Community College is back to normal after Tuesday's lockdown.  Shortly before 1 p.m. Springfield Police told campus officials someone had made a credible threat to the college community.  The campus was locked down and evacuated, causing a major traffic jam.  The all-clear was given more than three hours later.  State Police are questioning an HCC student tracked down in Springfield.
