A garbage man accused of bludgeoning his great-grandmother to death is being tried in Hampshire Superior Court.  25 year old Nathan Ruell of Ware allegedly killed Rose Ann Martowski in her sleep in 2005, then stole jewelry from her home.  A forensic pathologist said Friday the murder weapon could have been a hatchet, machete, or samurai sword.
