The Department of Transitional Assistance will visit Holyoke next week. Top welfare officials will answer questions from recipients and their advocates, as well as those who want to ensure their tax money is being wisely spent. The statewide tour comes just as State Auditor Suzanne Bump wraps up her investigation of the agency's management and spending. The March 13th meeting will be at 7 p.m. at the Holyoke High School cafeteria.
