Here are a few tips to make submission easier:
- Please include a public contact phone number and/or email address. Please include a website address if there's one associated with your event. Do not include any private contact information if you don't want it published--or clearly mark the information as "not for public release".
- Please send your information at least a week before the event, if possible. Please be brief. Include "end" dates, if applicable.
- We apologize in advance if we are unable to directly respond to your request. The sheer volume of information often prevents us from being able to correspond, but that doesn’t mean your event or request is being ignored.

Also, submission does not guarantee placement. Publication is subject to limitations of available time (and, when included as "on-air" announcements, available space).
