A long-running contract fight at Cooley Dickinson Hospital is over. Union workers have approved a new three-year deal after nine months of negotiations and several public demonstrations. The agreement covers nearly 690 employees and includes raises, new pay-step increases and bonuses for full-time, part-time and per-diem staff. Union leaders say wage concerns remain.
