After yesterday’s primary, one western Massachusetts lawmaker is already looking ahead to a major election question coming in November. Senator Paul Mark says he has concerns about Question 3, which would replace party primaries with one open primary.

 

Mark says his biggest issue is that the proposal doesn’t remove party labels — it changes who advances to the general election.
