CT River Tubing Accident Leads To Injury

(Hadley, MA)  —  At least one person was injured in an apparent tubing accident on the  Connecticut River in Hadley Sunday. It happened at around 10:30 a.m. on a stretch of the river near Aqua Vitae Road off Route 9.  The victim, whose name was not released, apparently suffered a leg injury and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.  No other details were available.
