Historic North Hadley Village Hall Zoning?

A proposal to turn the historic North Hadley Village Hall into apartments is heading to the zoning board next month. Developers want to create five housing units and office space inside the 1800s-era building, but town officials say a zoning variance may be needed before the project can move forward. The hearing is scheduled for June 9 at the Hadley Senior Center.
