School funding, housing costs and Western Massachusetts’ influence on Beacon Hill took center stage during a candidates forum in Greenfield Wednesday night. The candidates also discussed passenger rail service and two statewide ballot questions. They’ll face off in the November third election, with the winner taking office in January.
