Holyoke City Councilor Nelson Román talks about his resolution urging President Obama to pardon Puerto Rican political prisoner Oscar López, who has served 34 years in federal prison on charges of “seditious conspiracy.” The resolution will be presented to the Holyoke City Council on April 4.
