Greenfield Community College is expanding healthcare career training with new grant funding. The college received 100 thousand dollars to develop a behavioral health apprenticeship program, launching in fall 2027, where students can earn money while earning a degree. Another 97-thousand dollars will support nursing assistant and phlebotomy training. GCC also secured continued funding to develop its professional midwife certification program. The goal is to address healthcare workforce shortages across the region.
