About 25-hundred Medicare Advantage patients in the Northampton area are getting more clarity about upcoming insurance changes. Cooley Dickinson and Blue Cross say affected patients can keep seeing their current primary care doctors through December 31st at in-network rates. After that, patients may need to switch plans or providers.
