Pelham voters meet Tuesday at 5 p.m. for a special Town Meeting at the Old Town Hall. The biggest item is an 80-thousand-dollar request to help Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity finish two homes now under construction on Cadwell Street. The money would come from Community Preservation funds. Voters will also take up two much smaller unpaid town bills.
