Orange is moving ahead with plans for a solar array at its landfill. The Selectboard has chosen Citizens Energy Corporation for the project after reviewing five proposals. The company’s plan could bring the town about $250,000 a year under a renewable 20-year agreement, while also offering discounted energy to qualifying low-income residents.
