Plans for the future of Hampshire College’s 632-acre campus in Amherst are moving forward, despite calls to slow things down. The Town Council has sent the petition to the Planning Board, as required, but councilors are still aiming to consider zoning changes early next year. A public presentation is scheduled for December 8th.
