The reopening of Amherst’s Jones Library is being pushed back nearly two months. Construction delays have moved the expected completion date of the $46 million renovation to March 17th. Library staff will then need several weeks to move back in and get everything ready. The building is now expected to reopen to the public around July 1st, 2027.
