The vast majority of 3.4 million Puerto Ricans remain in the dark with limited clean water to drink. Hurricane María revealed just how unprepared the island was to handle a hurricane even as it has been in the path of hurricanes since time immemorial. This is what nature — and political corruption — looks like.
