Hadley’s Community Preservation Committee will vote September 14 on nearly a million dollars in funding requests, including $700,000 for affordable housing. A developer wants the money to help build seven affordable units in a planned 50-unit senior apartment complex at the Village Barn Shops, while other requests include a multi-use path, cemetery mapping and an updated open space plan.
