Northampton’s $43 million Main Street makeover is one step closer to reality. More than 60 residents got a look at the latest plans Wednesday night, including wider sidewalks, protected bike lanes, new trees and public spaces. The design is now complete and under state review. Construction is expected to begin in 2028, with the project wrapping up in 2031.
