South Hadley teachers and school staff have a new three-year contract after months of negotiations. The agreement gives employees a 2.5% raise this school year and 2% next year, after no increase last year. Union members approved the deal at the end of August, and the School Committee signed off days later. The settlement comes as the district still faces budget pressure following the failed Proposition 2½ override.
