A Northampton woman will spend six months in jail for attacking a teenage girl inside Northampton High School. Police say 29-year-old Amanda Diaz went to the school in February with family members, spotted a 17-year-old she’d had a prior issue with, and assaulted her. The school briefly went into shelter-in-place. Diaz pleaded guilty to assault and battery and disturbing a public assembly.
