South Hadley officials are now looking at how to close a projected $3 million budget gap after voters rejected another tax override. The $3.5 million proposal failed September first, following two larger override defeats in the spring. Town and school leaders say they’ll focus on public outreach and rebuilding trust as they prepare for possible staffing, service and school program cuts.
