Northampton and Erving are getting a share of $278 million in new state and federal housing funding. In Northampton, the money will help create 30 affordable studios on Crafts Avenue and preserve 120 apartments at Meadowbrook. In Erving, funding will support Evergreen Circle, a new 26-unit intergenerational housing development.
