A Northampton nonprofit is receiving nearly $879,000 in federal funding to expand child sexual abuse prevention work across western Massachusetts. Congressman Jim McGovern announced the award for Stop It Now! in Greenfield. The money will support research, stronger regional partnerships and services including a confidential helpline for teens and young adults.
