Three new housing developments are moving forward in Easthampton, bringing another 41 homes to the city. The Planning Board approved all three projects, including 14 condominiums on West Street, a 12-unit apartment building at Main and South streets, and 15 apartments inside the former mill building on Pleasant Street. The West Street project has raised environmental concerns, with construction expected to begin next year.
