Amherst is buying itself another year to decide what happens to the former Wildwood School. The Town Council approved $143,000 to keep utilities running and a part-time custodian in place, plus another $50,000 for possible repairs. The building will mostly be used for storage and possibly gym activities after the schools turn it over to the town September first.
